Product delivery
It takes about 3 days to deliver the product. (Foreign counties, it takes about 7 days.)

Shipping cost
Japan：600 yen（tax included）
　（Free shipping on orders over 10,000 yen (tax included).）
Foreign counties（Asia）：1,500Yen（tax included）
Foreign counties（other than Asia）：2,500Yen（tax included）

Inquiries after shipping
For inquiries such as changes in the delivery date and time, delivery address, etc. after shipping the product, or if the product does not arrive, please check the slip number and contact the shipping company directly. Please confirm the slip number from the delivery completion email from this site.

Unable to receive due to long absence, decline to receive goods
If you do not receive the item within the product storage period of the shipping company due to a long absence after shipping the item, or if you decline to receive the item, we will cancel your order as soon as we contact you from the shipping company. Let's eat. Please note that an additional 3,150 yen will be charged as the shipping fee for the round trip and the handling fee for product arrangement.

Returns
As a general rule, we accept returns and exchanges of unused items within 7 days of the arrival of the item. Please contact us by phone or email.

Products for which returns cannot be accepted
・Used, repaired, washed and cleaned products
・In case you lose your product tag, label, or accessories
・In case the condition of the product at the time of return is damaged, soiled, lost, etc. compared to the time of delivery
・In case the product has an odor, stains, or scratches on the part of the customer

Shipping and handling charges for returned goods
In case of initial failure, we will bear it.
If it is the customer's responsibility, please bear the cost.

Rudunds
Within 7 days after confirming the arrival of the returned item, we will refund it by credit card or transfer it to the specified account.
