Shipping
Orders are dispatched by the day after your order is placed.
(Orders placed before 12:30 noon are dispatched the same day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.)

Shipping fees
Within Japan, flat rate: ¥490 (tax included)
　(Free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 or more, tax included.)
Overseas: ¥1,200 (tax included)

Undeliverable parcels due to prolonged absence, or refusal of delivery
If, after dispatch, you are absent for a prolonged period and the parcel cannot be delivered within the carrier's storage period, or if you refuse delivery, we will cancel the order as soon as the carrier notifies us. Please note that in that case we will charge a separate fee of ¥3,150 to cover the round-trip shipping cost and the cost of preparing the order.
